• VestaCard Services Department:

• Logika thermal/encode imagers (12) provide versatile/quality card personalization. In addition to multi foil color availability, thermal imaging delivers the crispest and most professional option in the market.
• DataCard/CPST D O D Hi Speed Encoding and Imaging System
  This newly developed technology provides personalization and (if required) HICO & LOCO encoding at speeds upwards of 35,000 CPH all with high resolution drop on demand print quality.
• GaVehren 912 featuring: High-speed Card* Affixing and Matching. *Other products such as coins, magnets, cosmetic samples, post cards, promotional items, etc., can also be affixed at speed, to a variety of carriers with 100% verification and matching, on-line high-speed labeling, and multiple types of on-line folding… call us for help and we’ll show you how to get away from the handwork of attaching anything.
• Logika Mailer Plus II (3) equipment where a personalized plastic card is matched/affixed; a personalized carrier/letter is simultaneously laser printed; all folded and inserted to an envelope; all in one pass readied for the mail and 100% match guaranteed… a system perfect for daily or weekly card fulfillment in small quantities per drop (1000-5000). Additional collateral inserts can be included in this process.
• Xerox Docutech-Neuvera model 120 High Speed laser imager. This unit has in line: folding - stapling - sorting capabilities, and produces custom letters, carriers, booklets, binders, or pamphlets. Additionally it is utilized for carrier/letter personalization in matching data streams to plastic cards with 100% match/ affixing of cards on our Ga-Vehren 912 equipment.
